Human Resource Assistant
Talent Acquisition and Sourcing
- Completes Recruitment Marketing tasks to include posting on a variety of job boards
- Updates and creates social media job postings
- Ensures content in postings is up to date and meets Keller content standards
- Works with current Applicant Tracking System to coordinate posting on other job boards
- Works with lead candidates on the process for finishing a full application
- Assist with lead calls, as needed
Orientation/Onboarding
- Completes Onboarding preparation and follows the pre-hire checklist
- Prepares new hire welcome folders and welcome kits
- Gets lunches for new hires, coordinates all of lunch events weekly
Human Resource Support
- Assist employees with general HR Inquiries, and help direct employees to the right resource
- Assist with tasks related to the termination checklist to ensure all termination tasks are in process
- Birthday/Anniversary postcards, print labels, collects signatures, and sends out service award letters
- Prepare Plans for Wellness Initiatives and after approval, implements Wellness Initiatives
- Ensures Driver of the Month plaques are updated
- Process perk points for driver referrals
- Orders supplies for swag bags
- Prepares reports for Recruitment Marketing trends, and for Employee Listings
