Social Media Manager:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join a dynamic multifamily owner/manager based in Centerville. The goal of this position is to oversee our company’s social media strategy, develop marketing reach, and increase the social media presence for individual apartment communities in Utah, Arizona, and Nevada.
About the Job:
Keller Investment Properties and Keller Management is a growing commercial real estate investment office and management company focused on multifamily properties in the Mountain West. Our team has an immediate opening for a Social Media Manager to own the social media content strategy, social media content creation and coach property-based leasing teams on social media presence. The Social Media Manager will create, manage, and regularly post content across multiple platforms for apartment communities in Utah, Flagstaff AZ, Phoenix AZ, and Las Vegas NV. This position will also join senior level management in developing and tracking marketing strategies for the portfolio.
Who We’re Looking for:
· Someone who dreams about social media, ad-words, campaigns and content creation. Someone up on all trends of each social media generation and how to capitalize on them.
· Someone able to create unique videos, photos, posts across Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, and YouTube.
· Someone willing to spend the time at each property to understand the needs, demographics, and selling points of every individual community.
· Someone who’s a team player good at communication and coaching of other team members interested in contributing to the social media presence of their property.
· Someone who has a strong attention to detail who will understand the desired personality of Keller Management and is able to stay on-brand in all digital marketing.
· Someone who understands strategy of when content works and when to develop new ideas.
Sample of Skills:
· Proven, previous company-level social media execution, digital presence management, paid advertising campaign strategies a bonus
· Education in Marketing, English, Graphic Design, Photography, or Videography a plus.
· Excellent writing and content creation abilities
· Deep knowledge of content optimization for various channels, and trends
· Working experience of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere and After Effects
· Team player mentality
· Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
· Customer service oriented
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage company Social Media accounts: Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, YouTube
· Implement social media content calendar and strategy for company channels as well as agent facing social media channels
· Optimize company pages within each platform to increase visibility
· Content creation: graphic design, video editing, photography
· Set specific objectives for strategy, measure analytics and report data to management
· Research and analyze social media trends, including social media and web visitor data, to improve social media presence
· Design and implement social media campaigns
· Travel to various properties
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
