What You’ll Do:
As the face of our office, you'll warmly welcome visitors and assist with daily operations, directly supporting our Operations Manager and Leadership Team in our Hawley location. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing front desk interactions, answering calls, and providing exceptional service
- Overseeing and organizing documentation and files
- Assisting with marketing efforts and social media
- Assisting with coordinating and organizing office events
- Assisting with onboarding for new agents and enhancing agent support in Hawley
- Ordering supplies and maintaining office efficiency
Who We’re Looking For:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- A fast learner and effective communicator
- Positive, proactive, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team
- Comfortable with technology, Google Docs, and social media
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
