- Answering the phones with warmth and friendliness
- Be the point person for the leadership team as well as our associates.
- Keep the office looking presentable
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and organize all incoming and outgoing mail.
- Assist the management team.
- Update social media outlets, keep lines of communication open with the office.
- Help plan, execute and follow up with office events, trainings and outside events as needed by the leadership team.
- Proficient in Canva, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive.
