Role Overview:
The Director of Operations is a dynamic and experienced leader responsible for driving the efficiency and growth of our Market Center. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for innovation, and is passionate about optimizing operations to support agent success and business growth.
Main Objectives:
- Ensure the seamless operation of the Market Center through effective management of systems and processes.
- Support agents with top-tier technology, onboarding, and ongoing training.
- Contribute to the recruitment, retention, and development of high-caliber talent in alignment with the Operating Principal’s vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Agent Services: Oversee agent onboarding and exit processes, conduct orientations, and manage agent information and compliance.
- Technology Management: Understand and implement KW Technology and resources in the office. Provide technology support and training for agents and staff.
- Systems and Processes: Develop and manage office systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Administrative Support: Assist the Team Leader with administrative tasks and support to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Marketing Oversight: Oversee and manage marketing resources to ensure their effective use and value for the office and its associates.
- Recruitment Support: Assist with recruiting efforts by preparing, engaging, and following up with prospective associates.
- Event Coordination: Support and coordinate Market Center events, including training sessions, community activities, and team-building events.
- Strategic Planning: Work with the Team Leader to develop and implement strategies for business growth and competitive advantage.
- Communication: Maintain daily interactions with staff, sales associates, and the Team Leader. Facilitate effective communication and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
