Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Property Specialist to join our growing team at Keller Williams San Diego Metro. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of properties, assisting clients with leasing, and ensuring optimal property performance. You will work closely with property owners, tenants, and the leasing team to maximize rental income while providing a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the leasing process for residential and commercial properties, from advertising listings to coordinating showings and closing leases.
• Conduct property inspections and assist with property maintenance to ensure properties are well-kept.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, tenants, and prospective clients.
• Market available properties through various platforms, including MLS, social media, and property listing websites.
• Screen prospective tenants, process applications, and conduct background checks.
• Facilitate lease negotiations and ensure compliance with leasing laws and regulations.
• Coordinate property repairs, maintenance, and vendor services as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, including lease agreements, tenant information, and property documentation.
• Stay up to date with local rental market trends and property values.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both tenants and property owners.

Qualifications:

• Active California Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping clients find their ideal new home.
• Previous experience in real estate, new home sales, or related fields preferred but not required.
• Self-driven, with a proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
