TEAM LEADER / DIRECTOR OF GROWTH

We are looking for a dynamic, highly accomplished leader with a track record of success in the overall growth of the company. The right candidate will have a high level of energy, immense drive and is “laser focused” on achieving company goals that are set with a “failure is not an option” mentality. This person must be a natural, great communicator and easily connects with others. They are passionate about leading and have a deep desire to establish and maintain the top real estate company in the local marketplace. The right candidate has a background in recruiting at a very high level.

Responsibilities include:

• Drive significant company growth through targeted recruiting efforts, executing various strategies, and securing at least 30 unique appointments per month.
• Coach and consult with the top 20% producers in the office to achieve their desired growth and business development.
• Continue to increase the profitability and culture of the company while developing the leadership team to their peak performance.

Qualifications:

• Leadership experience is a must.
• Real Estate experience is a must.
• A natural ability to connect with people and build rapport.
• The right candidate should be “naturally” liked by others.
• Skilled in setting goals and thrives on being accountable to the desired outcome.
• Above average computer skills are important.

Compensation – Base Salary and bonus plan.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
