As a Buyer’s Agent at Keller Williams Branson Tri-Lakes, you will be essential in guiding prospective homebuyers through the intricate process of purchasing a home. Your primary responsibility is to understand clients' needs, preferences, and financial capabilities to help them identify and acquire properties that meet their criteria. You will act as the liaison between clients and sellers, ensuring a smooth and successful real estate transaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Property Search: Identify and present suitable properties that meet the client's criteria.
- Market Analysis: Provide clients with comparative market analysis to help them make informed decisions.
- Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property viewings for clients.
- Negotiation: Negotiate offers and counteroffers on behalf of the client.
- Paperwork: Assist with the preparation and review of purchase agreements, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
- Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between buyer clients, and other parties involved in the transaction.
- Advisory: Offer guidance on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Due Diligence: Ensure all necessary inspections, appraisals, and other due diligence activities are completed.
- Closing: Coordinate and assist in the closing process to ensure a smooth and successful transaction.

Requirements to Join our team:
- Missouri real estate license, Arkansas License Helpful (At least 3 closings or a year of experience)
- A drive to work independently and have control over your professional growth
- A strong work ethic and desire to be successful
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to network to build your business
