Project Manager – Commercial Doors and Hardware
Kelley Bros. is a 139-year-old family-owned business with twenty-four locations across fourteen states. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to add to our rapidly growing Ballston Spa NY branch.

What would you do:
- Manage contract-based projects.
- Determine project timeline and required dates to achieve project schedule.
- Read and interpret project specifications and drawings.
- Detail projects and create/organize shop drawings/submittal packages for review.
- Problem solving with contractors, architects, consultants, and colleagues.
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors.
- Coordinate deliveries of materials
Skills you will need to succeed:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Desire to form positive working relationships with customers.
- Focus on creative problem solving.
- Diligence to detail.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience reading and interpreting construction specifications/drawings
- 1-2 years of construction project management
- 1-2 years of experience with construction software programs
- 1-2 years of Microsoft Office / Outlook experience
- High school diploma
- 2-year or 4-year degree preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license
