As a 3rd shift Production Supervisor in one of our state-of-the-art facilities, you will collaborate with many diverse people and perspectives while overseeing the daily activity and development of our production lines. You’ll work to identify opportunities to produce great food more efficiently at a low cost – it’s about an owner’s mindset. We will lean on you to provide leadership and ensure we’re exceeding our standards for safety, food safety, quality, people development, service, and cost. And with your can-do, go-getter, team-player work ethic, we’re positive you’ll fit right in.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Production Line Support - You’ll be leading all activities on your assigned shift working towards production goals, material changes, and schedules.- Continuous Improvement – You’ll take part of continuous improvement efforts from identification/ideation to execution. We couldn’t do it without your owner’s mindset and all the acronyms and tools that come with continuous improvement – 5S, RCA and LEAN
- Impact Results - Identifying opportunities to reduce cost and/or waste, increase efficiency and eliminate people/food safety risks through applying Kellogg Work Systems (KWS/TPM) principles.
- Collaborate to Win - Maintain a culture of inclusion and continuity with all departments, Working collaboratively with them to achieve goals and fulfill ongoing production needs.
- Direction and Servant Leadership – Lead and demonstrate your people skills as you provide direction and support to your team of operators.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
High School Diploma or GED with substantial related proven leadership and supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting- Demonstrated knowledge of managing safety and/or quality programs & processes
- The ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requests while maintaining a culture of accountability and execution - with a focus on results.
- Strong interpersonal skills to include communication, team building and leadership development.
