Job Overview
Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom seeks a seasoned Quality Compliance Specialist Leader to oversee the establishment, maintenance, and implementation of quality and regulatory compliance programs. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of local, state, and national regulatory agencies and be able to ensure product safety and quality meet specific customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish, maintain, and direct quality and regulatory compliance programs.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulatory agencies.
- Coordinate the creation, review, and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Design and coordinate training materials and communication tools.
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Quality or Food Science or a related field and a minimum of 5 years' experience in Quality Control Laboratory and 3-5 years' experience in Quality Management. Demonstrated leadership experience within the field is essential, along with training in environmental monitoring, auditing, and statistical process control. A working knowledge of cGMP for Food and good laboratory practices is also required.
