Manufacturing Engineer
• Location: Salt Lake City, UT
• Type: W2 contract (NO C2C OR THIRD PARTY)
• Length: Until 3/2027 (Contract extension expectation)
• Pay Rate - $50-$60 hourly
• Work Authorization - Must be able to work in the U.S. with approved authorization status.
What You'll Do:
- Provides engineering support to a manufacturing process, project or function.
- Evaluates manufacturing outcomes and implements continuous improvements and cost efficiencies.
- Supports NPI and new equipment/process introductions.
- This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgement in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Requires a university degree or an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience.
- Requires an understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline.
- Requires the ability to make judgements based on practice and previous experience.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience
- GMP/Medical Device experience – Preferred
