What’s a typical day as a Collections Specialist? You’ll be :
Excellent verbal and communication skills
User of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) with an emphasis on the ability prepare and analyze data using Excel spreadsheets through V look ups and pivot tables
This position has a wide diversity of work situations, and requires good organization and analytical skills, working quickly while maintaining accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including good grammar and spelling in written communication
Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment with high level of accuracy
Experience in a manufacturing or medical device environment
