Day to Day:
- Recruit excellent sales talent to KM through LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, referrals, job postings, social media influence, and on-campus organizations and career fairs
- Review resumes, conduct candidate phone screens, and evaluate candidates’ employment history, education, skill set, and salary requirements
- Post internal job openings through various job sites, universities, and social media
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of recruitment activity
- Create an exceptional experience for all candidates by maintaining relationships and communicating regularly throughout the interview process
- Build strong relationships with internal Hiring Managers to ensure their teams are staffed
- Collaborate with marketing on KM branding and how to attract high caliber sales talent
- Research colleges nationwide and help build out KM’s university hiring strategy
- Attend young professional and business networking events to promote brand awareness
- Help retain talent through monthly check-ins and engaging in the employee experience
Requirements:
- Proven track record in a competitive, fast pace, results-oriented environment
- Expert communication skills complemented by self-motivation
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and drive to be successful
- Must have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Previous sales or recruiting experience is a plus
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Microsoft Outlook is a plus
- Bachelor's degree required
- Local to either Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX
