Responsibilities :
- Oversee monthly closing and reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely communication of results to management.
- Support standard product costing and analyze variances in collaboration with the leadership team.
- Perform standard and ad hoc cost analyses during actual, rolling forecast, and planning cycles.
- Prepare and present the overall P&L budget as part of the budget process.
- Collaborate with the leadership team on cost reduction initiatives and process improvements.
- Drive actions related to Net Working Capital and monitor relevant KPIs.
- Work closely with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
