We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Supply Chain Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be accountable for providing expertise to hiring managers according to our client compliance process for onboarding temporary workers.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Providing expert guidance to hiring managers on our client compliance process for onboarding temporary workers.
- Driving overall workforce management while leveraging master procurement technology tools.
- Managing client-facing interactions to drive consultations and provide guidance on different delivery solutions.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to review, shortlist, and schedule interviews for hiring managers.
- Experience with VMS/Beeline technology and processes.
- Capability to manage suppliers through excellent communication and customer service skills.
