Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong time management and organizational skills to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendar management for staff members.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software (if applicable).
- Support the team with personal assistant duties as required to enhance productivity.
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in office software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
