Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily office operations, ensuring efficient workflow, and providing excellent customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage office communications, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling inquiries.
- Schedules client appointments, meeting weekly and monthly objectives, as outlined
- Prepares general correspondence as directed, or when necessary to provide service to clients
- Provides support for inputting and maintaining client database and coordinating client mailings.
Experience
- High school diploma required
- Associate or Bachelor Degrees are preferred
- Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Experience in Administrative experience, clerical, accounting, or bookkeeping role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
