Lead Bartender

Clover Valley Golf Club is looking for responsible, flexible, and experienced Lead bartender to join our team! Must be a driven team player that works well under pressure. Motivated to exceed exceptional service by providing customers with friendly, prompt, and attentive service while always exhibiting the KemperSports standards.

$13-14 per hour plus tips and benefits

Job Duties:

· Schedule bartenders

· Order beverages from vendors

· Provide immediate attention to all guests upon seating, greet them warmly and distribute menus.

· Daily minor food prep for service in Bar/Turn area

· Take food and/or drink orders. Demonstrate knowledge of menu and be able to make suggestions to guests.

· Perform cleaning tasks throughout entirety of shift to ensure bar, stations, and dining room tables are kept clean and to standard.

· Prepare for opening according to Company procedures including inspection for adequate supplies, procuring additional supplies as necessary, and preparing garnishes, mixes, and pre-mixed drinks.

· Mix, prepare and serve drinks responsibility.

· Operate POS system for all transactions.

· Maintain records of liquors, beers, wine, tobacco, and sundries to ensure bar stock is always maintained.

· Clean and lock-up according to Company procedures.

· Assist the Food and Beverage Manager with EOM inventory

Additional Requirements

· Positive attitude, professional manner, and appearance in all situations.

· Must be 21 years old and have a minimum of 1 year bartending experience.

· Ability to analyze and solve problems; efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision.

· Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

· TIPS and Serve Safe PIC required (May be completed within the first 30 days of employment)
