Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Managing accounts payable using CDK for separate entities and vendors.
• Processing transactions, and comparing purchase order, prices, and other charges and ensuring invoices are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures.
• Maintain files, filing, having W-9's on all vendors, and reconciling accounts.
• Perform other general office/clerical duties as needed.
• Perform cashier/receptionist duties if needed.
• Ensures that necessary controls are in place to safeguard assets.
• Complies with company policy and procedures.
• Must have previous AP automotive experience.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Reliable attendance required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience 1-2 years required/previous automotive experience preferred
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
