Duties
- Assemble and install equipment according to specifications and schematics.
- Troubleshoot issues in the field, providing effective solutions to customers.
- Deliver equipment to customer locations as needed, ensuring safe transport.
- Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in equipment repair or as a service technician is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical schematics.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently in the field while managing time effectively.
- A valid driver's license is required for delivery driving responsibilities.
- Previous experience in field service roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
