Kendall Auto Group affiliate NAFCO Finance is hiring for an Customer Service Rep / Receptionist to join our team. At NAFCO, our office is a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community. Kendall Auto Group is one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest and premier employer in the Treasure Valley.
This position requires a qualified individual with excellent communication and analytical skills to assist with a growing loan portfolio, with an emphasis on customer service, payment collection, insurance claims, and loan origination. A general understanding of business practices and regulation concepts affecting areas where NAFCO conducts business is preferred.
The Customer Service Rep / Receptionist will report directly to the NAFCO Manager and assist with all aspects of NAFCO loan servicing, including but not limited to; communicating with Credit Applicants, Borrowers, Dealership Personnel, and Insurance Companies. The successful candidate may have prior work history that supports the job functions and tasks of this position, bilingual is preferred but not required. Starting hourly pay is $16.00 DOE.
Working conditions are primarily indoors spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone.
