About this role:
Under the supervision of the Director of IFC/LIFT, the IFC Program Team Lead will supervise and support IFC/LIFT Social Workers and Case Managers utilizing a team-based approach. The Program Team Lead will provide leadership, supervision, and assist the Director with the daily management of the IFC/LIFT program to provide services per the agency’s mission and values.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Travel: Frequent/weekly travel required to support Case Managers and social workers in the field. Mileage Reimbursement!
We are looking for people who have:
- Bachelor's degree in social work or related field (Psychology, Human Services) required. Master's Degree preferred.
- LSW or LSWA licensure (within 6 months of hire).
- Supervisory experience, preferred.
- Driver's License and a reliable vehicle.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to Family Systems focus.
- Knowledge of Department of Children and Families system.
In this role you'll get to:
- Supervise and support IFC/LIFT Social Workers and Case Managers.
- Act as a backup for case management when needed.
- Assist with providing quality assurance oversight of department caseloads to ensure quality delivery of services, appropriate documentation and collateral contacts.
- Assist with collaborating with internal and external resources and community providers to ensure a timely, safe and appropriate placement and services.
- Oversee and participate in the development of treatment plans.
- Function as a member of the family resource services team.
- Provide sound clinical direction and input regarding individuals supported.
- Participate in staff meetings, group and individual supervision and case reviews.
- Meet with DCF agency staff to provide regular updates regarding individuals and families served.
- Provide crisis intervention and support regarding behavior management when applicable.
- Participate in the FCFS on call rotation.
- Maintain compliance with all KDC policies and procedures and funding agency regulations.
- Knowledge of licensing regulations under the Department of Early Education and Care and ability to maintain these regulations through quality assurance reviews and staff supervision.
- Travel and transport clients served as needed.
- Perform other job-related responsibilities assigned

Salary : $56,000 - $58,000
