Kenson Construction Co., a long time established licensed general contractor in Prescott, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Office Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity for full-time employment for the right candidate and plays a key role in supporting our daily operations.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, submittals, and permits.
· Track project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
· Prepare and submit project invoices to clients
· Process accounts payable invoices from vendors and subcontractors
· Monitor and manage project costs against budgets
· Generate and track client billing
· Prepare monthly financial reports and analysis
· Maintain filing systems for project documents and administrative records
· Answer phone calls, manage email correspondence, and route inquiries to appropriate staff
· Manage/maintain subcontractor compliance with insurance and licensing requirements
· Maintain worker’s compensation records and reporting
· Onboard new employees
· Process weekly payroll, payroll taxes and quarterly reports.
· Manage office supplies and equipment
Job Qualifications:
· Strong organizational and time management skills to juggle multiple priorities
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry
· Understanding of construction contracts and legal documents
· Experience with accounting principles and financial reporting
· Experience in full payroll processing
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop
· High School degree
