Job Description :
Assist with implementation / maintenance of financial software systems across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with all requirements and firm-wide standards.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources for financial technology initiatives, (software upgrades, integrations, process improvements).
Facilitate communication between technical teams, financial stakeholders, and external vendors.
Monitor project budgets and prepare regular status reports for senior management.
Document financial processes and maintain standard operating procedures.
Coordinate user acceptance testing and training programs for new financial software implementations.
Assist in troubleshooting system issues and coordinating resolution.
Position Requirements :
Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, particularly Excel) required.
Must have strong understanding of financial systems and accounting processes and proven experience with project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and strong analytical capabilities.
Superior attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
Possess outstanding communication skills with cultural awareness and sensitivity in global communications.
Ability to work effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.
Have strong stakeholder management capabilities.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Experience with legal billing systems (Elite 3E, Aderant) and knowledge of accounting software platforms (SAP, Oracle Financials) is preferred.
Experience working in a global, multi-office environment and knowledge of GAAP and international accounting standards with multilingual capabilities is a plus.
