We are looking for a friendly and helpful Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients and vendors throughout the day both over the phone and in person.

- Greet and provide customer service to all visitors.
- Information Processing
- Answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries to team members.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, emailing, filing, proof reading and photocopying.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Accept packages from couriers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma
Experience:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
