Serve external clients and internal team members in this adaptive role by providing office support, managing schedules and coordination of team needs, and supporting developing relationships. **This is a part-time position working 4 days a week, 28 to 32 hours per week.**
Responsibilities:
· Sort and distribute mail.
· Draft written responses or replies by phone or e-mail when necessary.
· Respond to regularly occurring requests for information.
· Answer incoming phone calls to the office. Takes messages or fields/answers routine and non-routine questions.
· Work independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects.
· Act as project manager for special projects, at the request of the partner in charge, which may include planning and coordinating multiple presentations, disseminating information, coordinating direct mailings.
· Assemble and e-file tax returns. Assembles financial statements.
· Responsible for appearance of the office from front to back, lobby clean-up.
· Order supplies for office.
Requirements
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 1 year of general office/clerical experience
· Associate degree or commensurate experience
· Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload
· Advanced customer service capability to provide a premier experience to clients of KerberRose
