What are the responsibilities and job description for the Migrant Program Supplemental Teacher - Extended Day Bilingual (English/Spanish Preferred) position at Kern County Superintendent of Schools?
Migrant Extended Day School Teachers will carry out pre/post assessments; determine needs of each child based on pre-assessment results; plan and prepare lessons for Migrant Students based on pre-assessment in language arts and mathematics; deliver quality instruction to students; maintain accurate records; keep accurate student progress records; communicate with parents, as needed; and carry out assigned curriculum, participate in staff development activities and implement specific instructional methods and strategies as instructed. - Appropriate valid California Teaching Credential and possess a strong teaching background.
