Key Responsibilities
- Lead collection activities for assigned regions to ensure past-due accounts are collected while preventing balance aging.
- Make outbound and receive incoming calls in a metrics-driven environment, demonstrating confidence and professionalism.
- Follow up on past-due balances, maintain detailed collection notes, and negotiate customer settlement offers.
- Process payments, arrange for account current status, and provide customer service regarding collection issues.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding delinquent account resolution and proactively resolve outstanding issues.
