- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the community living spaces, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
- Assist in the administration of first aid when necessary, following established protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Support residents with memory care strategies to enhance their daily experiences.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and staff to create a supportive community atmosphere.
Experience
- Previous experience in senior care or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
