Summary:
Responsible for front office reception and administrative duties, including greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance; receive and distribute all incoming phone calls appropriately, and the sorting and distribution of packages.
Job Description:
· Politely answer all incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate eparty.
· Listens to all main voicemail messages daily, and transfers to the appropriate individual
· Handles all customer service inquiries, via telephone and website
· Greet visitors in a warm, professional manner and directing them appropriately.
· Maintain log of all incoming Fed Ex and UPS deliveries and distribute accordingly.
· Arrange necessary UPS and Fed Ex pickups for packages, as needed.
· Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
· Handle and report office maintenance issues
· Club Card Entry
· Coordinate White Sheet information from Vendors, Merchandisers and stores
· Process store orders on distro sheets for Holiday Programs
· Item Maintenance for all departments
· Communication of New & Discontinued items to the membership & IT
Qualifications:
EDUCATION
· High School Graduate or equivalent required
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
· Customer service focus
· Proficiency in MS Office applications
· Written and verbal communication skills
· Pleasant attitude
· Ability to perform multiple tasks timely and accurately
· Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
