As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be a problem solver, trusted advisor, and partner to the people and businesses in our communities. You'll provide excellent client service by welcoming both new and existing clients to the Bank and assisting them with their account transactions and servicing needs, including identifying and resolving client servicing issues.
Our Teller role involves listening to uncover financial needs and transitioning clients to a banker to have a deeper financial wellness conversation.
