POSITION TITLE: Bookkeeper
REPORTS TO: CFO
DIRECT REPORTS: None
FLSA STATUS: Exempt / Full Time
LOCATION: Office is located in North Olmstead, OH
POSITION SUMMARY:
we are looking for a bookkeeper for our adminstrative team. The person, reporting directly to the CFO, will be in charge of recording and maintaining the financial transactions, such as expenses, sales revenue, invoices, payments and will record financial data into general ledgers.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Note: A combination of education and experience outside of the standards below may also be considered.
MINIMUM FORMAL EDUCATION: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in economics, finance or related fields
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 6 years of experience in the role or similar position

- Maintain an accurate record of financial transactions
- Update and maintain the general ledger
- Reconciliation of entries into the accounting system
- Recording of debits and credits
- Account reconciliation to assert the accuracy of transactions
- Use knowledge of local laws to comply with reporting requirements
- Monitor any variances from the projected budget
