We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Analyst. Key requirement - proven experience in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), highly prefer proficiency in NetSuite but not mandatory. Do you have proven skills in leveraging various data sources to transform and visualize the data for dashboards, reports and creating actionable insights? This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced finance team and directly support the CFO with various strategic initiatives, financial operations and reporting.
Essential Duties & Specific Responsibilities
- M&A Analysis and Integration : Drive the financial analysis, due diligence, and modeling for mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
- Integration Support and post-acquisition financial analysis.
- Financial Reporting : Prepare financial reports, variance analysis, and forecasting for senior management. Heavy use of visualization tools for dashboards and reports for key financial metrics and KPIs.
- Financial Software Management : Maintain and support the financial system, NetSuite, ensuring accurate and timely financial data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Budgeting & Forecasting : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare budgets and forecasts. Provide variance analysis and recommendations for improving financial performance.
- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and contribute to continuous improvement within the finance department.
- Ad-hoc Analysis : Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and support strategic decision-making across various departments
