Position: GxP Specialist [IT Lab Support ]
Location: Waukegan, IL (Onsite 3 days per week)
Duration: 2 years
Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support for lab personnel by troubleshooting lab instruments and their corresponding PCs.
- Coordinate with vendors to troubleshoot equipment and order replacement parts.
- Document changes, track data flows, and ensure compliance with GxP requirements.
- Focus on hardware and software troubleshooting for lab instruments in a GxP environment.
Required Skills:
- 4 years of experience in Desktop Support/Helpdesk/IT Support.
- Strong experience with Windows support and PC troubleshooting.
- Prior experience with GxP Laboratory environments and lab instruments.
- Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 regulations.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with software validation.
- Experience with data integrity, especially in handling sensitive data.
Education/Experience:
- 4 years of relevant IT support experience.
