About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Workday BSA with 9 years of experience focused on Workday Financial Management and Learning Management modules. This role involves heavy integration work between accounting systems and Workday, requiring exceptional communication skills to interact with stakeholders and deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Develop detailed requirements, process improvements, and system integration plans.
- Assist in designing and documenting changes, conducting JAD sessions, and creating mockups.
- Provide leadership in integrating Workday Financial Management with accounting systems.
- Ensure project deliverables meet established SLOs and maintain high-quality standards.
