Job Title: Senior Consultant, Enterprise Systems (Workday BSA)
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite)
Duration: 1 Year Contract with Opportunity to Hire
Responsibilities:
- Lead Workday Financial Management module integrations with accounting systems.
- Work closely with business units to understand requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Write detailed system change specifications, user guides, and data mapping plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and analyze business needs and requirements.
- Perform complex business analysis and support process improvements.
- Communicate effectively with business, management, IT, and senior leadership.
- Guide less experienced team members and collaborate across departments to ensure smooth system operations.
Must-Have Skills:
- 9 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA), with a focus on Workday Financial Management.
- Strong experience in Workday integrations, particularly with accounting systems.
- Expertise in SDLC methodologies (Waterfall/Scrum).
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Experience with data analysis and querying for decision-making.
- Familiarity with project management and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Excel).
- Ability to lead requirements gathering and support business process improvements.
