Keyrenter Property Management is seeking a skilled and dedicated Investment Property Specialist to join our growing South Austin-based team. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, ensuring seamless management of their investment properties and contributing to Keyrenter’s reputation as Austin’s premier property management company.
Your days will be spent managing all aspects of your property portfolio, building strong client relationships, and ensuring properties are marketed, maintained, and occupied to their full potential. Responsibilities:
- Streamline new client onboarding by integrating new properties, keeping clients informed, and coordinating the make-ready process to achieve our minimum property standard.
- Efficiently manage leases, property operations, tenant turnovers, maintenance, and client communication while minimizing vacancies, expenses, and delinquencies.
- Partnering with the Resident Service Coordinator to ensure our quality of service is maintained at the resident level.
