Associate Attorney – Commercial Real Estate
KeyStaff’s client, one of Florida's oldest and most respected multi-service law firms, is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its Commercial Real Estate Practice Group at the firm's principal office in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
Key Responsibilities : position is onsite / in-office in Palm Beach Gardens office
- Represent sophisticated clients, including commercial real estate developers, financial institutions, and landlords / tenants, in a wide variety of real estate transactions, including residential, self-storage, warehouse, office, industrial, mixed-use, and gas station properties, as well as office-condominium transactions.
- Manage complex transactional work, including :
- Acquisitions and dispositions, with a focus on purchase and sale agreements.
- Construction, acquisition, and mezzanine financing.
- Commercial leasing, with an emphasis on anchor and junior-anchor shopping center lease transactions.
- Construction and development, including preparation and negotiation of AIA construction documents.
- Drafting and negotiating easement agreements, declarations, and association documents.
- Managing survey, title, and due diligence review processes.
- Conduct detailed research and provide strategic analysis for clients.
