Corporate Group Benefits Account Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Group Benefits Account Executive to expand our group insurance offerings and provide expert benefits support to our internal employees. In this role, you will drive sales growth by partnering with businesses to deliver tailored healthcare solutions while ensuring our employees have the knowledge they need to make informed benefits decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities for group insurance sales, building strong relationships with business owners, HR professionals, and brokers.

Benefits Solutions Expert: Present customized group health plans, ensuring clients understand options that align with their company’s needs.

Internal Benefits Support: Serve as a knowledgeable resource for our employees, assisting with benefits education, enrollment, and ongoing support.

Market & Industry Insights: Stay informed on carrier offerings, healthcare regulations, and industry trends to provide strategic guidance to clients and employees.

Collaboration & Training: Work closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with company goals and provide benefits-related training as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience in group insurance sales, benefits consulting, or a related field.

Strong understanding of employer-sponsored health plans, compliance requirements, and industry trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Texas Life & Health Insurance License (preferred or must obtain within a set timeframe).
