The Work:
- Manage assigned fesharing programs, including all aspects of program operations so that financial, personnel and program goals are achieved
- Monitor quality of services for all assigned programs, ensuring that all assigned programs comply with all applicable policies, procedures and regulations in compliance with licensing requirements
- Assist in the development and implementation of agency goals and objectives
- Follow through with all job duties consistent with the agency mission, vision, values, and strategic plan

- Full time, exempt position
- Pay starts at $56,500 annually

- Master’s degree and one year of experience in intellectual disabilities or related field
- Bachelor’s degree and two years of experience in intellectual disabilities or related field
- Associates degree or 60 credit hours and three years of experience in Intellectual disabilities or related field
- Internal Cadidaates Only: High school diploma or equivalent and six years of experience in Intellectual disabilities or related field
- Regulatory compliance experience
- Basic computer skills with the ability to utilize internal software programs
- Ability to communicate vision and purpose of agency to others and act as a change agent
- Knowledge of and ability to apply effective principles of management and leadership
- Knowledge of and commitment to continuous quality improvement principles
- Valid driver’s license and daily access to a properly insured vehicle
- Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including criminal record check and MVR
- At least two years of supervisory experience
