We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team!
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations, leave of absence requests, and benefits inquiries .
- Partner with the Management Team to resolve issue, implement new initiatives, and grow the business.
- Stay up to date on local, state, and federal employment laws to ensure compliance.
- Assist in the recruitment process , including sourcing candidates, conducting phone interviews, scheduling interviews, and coordinating background screenings.
- Maintain and update the HRIS database , ensuring proper documentation and compliance with certification requirements.
- Digitize employee records and manage paperless HR files.
- In conjunction with the Training Department, coordinate new hire orientation , ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Communicate information clearly and professionally to engage employees and management.

This is an in-office position (not remote), based in Annapolis Junction and requires travel to the Maryland / Delaware Eastern Shore.
