Kforce has a client that is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst in Salisbury, NC. Day to Day Responsibilities:
- The Accounts Payable Analyst will be working to research vendor and supplier cases to determine underlying issue; Using invoice and statement data to identify short paid invoices, category price discrepancies and incorrect invoice data
- Partnering with vendors to review the case and determine best course of action for correction; Partnering with internal business partners and finance to reconcile and correct vendor payments
- The Accounts Payable will be using multiple systems and data sources to investigate root cause of vendor and supplier discrepancies in invoices and payments
- Large ERP system experience
- AP or AR or Category management experience
- SAP knowledge
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong communication skills
