Billing Specialist

Responsibilities

Kforce's client located in Somerset, NJ is looking to hire a Billing Specialist to join their growing team. This position is 5 days in the office, pays full medical benefits, PTO and year-end bonus. Responsibilities:

• Manage invoicing for customers and process dealer payments
• Handle 20-30 very detailed invoices per day
• Create and review invoices for accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate directly with the Customer Service team to address and resolve billing-related inquiries
• Support additional billing duties as the role evolves
• Manage workload effectively, including periods of high activity after business close
  
  

Requirements

• 1 years of hands-on billing experience
• Very detail-oriented
• Able to jump in and hit the ground running
• Exact Globe is their ERP- Similar to SAGE, Peachtree, Quickbooks. Having experience with those is a plus
• Foxit experience is a large plus (Adobe is a good alternative)
• Basic Excel knowledge
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
