The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting technical teams, particularly those working on microservices-based projects. The role requires a deep understanding of web services, technical requirement documentation, and agile methodologies. The role requires a deep understanding of web services, technical requirement documentation, and agile methodologies. This position offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed technical requirements
- Translate business requirements into technical artifacts for development teams, such as Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), System Design Documents (SDDs), and Technical Specification Documents (TSDs)
- Design and interpret process flow diagrams to support project development
- Utilize tools like Postman, SoapUI, Visio, Jira, and Confluence to support project tasks
- Engage in web services integration, including RESTful and SOAP, with a basic understanding of XML, JSON, and Swagger
- Write SQL queries of simple to low complexity to assist in data analysis and support project requirements
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery within agile environments
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, presenting information clearly and concisely
- Experience supporting teams developing web services, including RESTful and SOAP
- Proficiency with tools such as Postman, SoapUI, Visio, Jira, and Confluence
- Basic SQL knowledge and ability to write simple to low-complexity queries
- Experience in creating and understanding process flow diagrams
- Strong experience in gathering and documenting technical requirements
- Experience in Agile methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and eager to learn new skills and technologies
- Experience in the cable or telecommunications industry
- Familiarity with Telecom Billing Systems, particularly CSG
- Experience with Business Process or Decision Rule Engines (e.g., DMN) and Business Process Modelling (e.g., BPMN)
- Knowledge of Camunda, Pega CDH, or Unleash platforms
