Kforce has a client in Denver, CO that is seeking local candidates to fill a role for Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst V. Position Overview: This individual contributor is primarily responsible for supporting financial planning, modeling, analysis, and forecasting, identifying and preparing reports on financial and budgeting trends, assisting in analysis of operational performance, and gathering and preparing recommendations on financial activities and plans. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions
• Partner with various business units to provide financial insights and recommendations
• Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and reports
• Analyze financial performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Collaborate with operations and corporate finance teams to drive financial initiatives
• Demonstrate a high degree of financial acumen and articulate financial concepts clearly
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of Financial Planning & Analysis experience
• Prior healthcare, health insurance, or health plan experience is strongly preferred
• Previous experience working in operations or corporate financial development programs
• Strong financial analysis and financial modeling experience including trend analysis and forecasting
• Candidates must be located in Colorado to be considered
• Experience working with and communicating with leadership and/or stakeholders
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
