Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator. Summary: Reporting to a Recruitment Manager or Team Lead, the Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for supporting a team of Recruiters in the recruitment process. This person will manage workflows and recruitment cycle through the applicant tracking database (Workday) to ensure all steps are documented and compliant with the Bank's recruitment process. This is a hybrid position. The Recruitment Coordinator will work in the office four days per week and work remotely the remaining day and further subject to applicable policy. Responsibilities:

- Develop an expertise knowledge of the applicant tracking system (Workday)
- Ensure the seamless scheduling of candidate interviews with hiring managers and interview teams
- Deliver outstanding customer service to hiring managers, candidates, and recruitment team
- Ensuring candidates have accurate and timely information to complete necessary documentation throughout the recruitment process
- Educate new employees on documentation needed to complete the on-boarding process
- Order background checks on applicable candidates
- Ensure that the applicant tracking system (Workday) is consistently and effectively used to ensure accurate recruitment metrics and compliance
- Demonstrate a general understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Greet and escort candidates in the Bank offices, as appropriate
- Assists in the coordination of job fairs, as needed
- Work on special TA/HR projects as assigned
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years of human resources or administrative experience
- Must be a team player who values accountability, integrity, quality, and has a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet the needs of various constituencies
- Flexible nature and ability to meet changing demands in a dynamic work environment
- Ability to escalate issues to appropriate parties and maintain strict confidentiality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with applicant tracking databases, as well as Microsoft Office Products, including Outlook and Teams
