- Salesforce Business Analyst will drive system improvements by ensuring effective requirements elicitation, configuration, administration, development, and application support for our Salesforce platform
- Manage projects and partner closely with members of the cross-functional teams to roll out new systems or reduce inefficiencies in our current processes
- Evaluate and document existing business processes within an organization
- As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
- Document detailed and clear business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure work is completed based on exact client specification
- To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
- Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
