Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Doral, FL. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with experience supporting large technical initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions
- Work closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand their requirements, map business processes, create comprehensive technical documentation, and identify the data utilized within our systems
- Use their analytical skills and ability to translate complex information into actionable insights will be crucial to our success
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, application owners, developers, and IT support teams, to document requirements, business processes, and project milestones
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for project requirements, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories
- As a Senior Business Analyst, you will document workflows, data flows, architecture, ETL processes, data dictionaries, reporting solutions and system processes to provide a clear understanding of business requirements and system functionality
- Document and organize requirements in a structured manner, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
- Conduct requirement validation sessions with stakeholders to confirm understanding and agreement on deliverables
- Assist in defining the business problem and the business solution in line with appropriate best practice, governance standards and methodologies
- Develop and execute test cases to validate that system changes meet the specified requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Accounting, Finance, or related field of study; Or any combination of relevant background, skills and experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
- At least 8 years of demonstrated expertise in feasibility analysis, business process modelling, functional and non-functional requirement engineering, solution development, and supporting QA as part of end- to-end project management
- Experience working on reporting and analytics or software development projects a plus
