RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Chicago, IL that is seeking an IAM Consultant.
Consulting and Strategy:
* Understand client security needs and develop tailored IAM strategies
* Conduct IAM assessments, identify gaps, and recommend solutions
* Advise on IAM best practices and industry standards
* Develop and present IAM roadmaps and implementation plans
Implementation and Integration:
* Design, configure, and deploy IAM solutions, including Privileged Access Management (PAM)
* Ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions with existing IT infrastructure, including Active Directory, LDAP, and other systems
* Manage user lifecycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, and provisioning
* Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO), federated identities, and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
Security and Compliance:
* Develop and enforce IAM policies and procedures
* Monitor user activity and access patterns to identify and mitigate security risks
* Conduct periodic access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
* Respond to security incidents related to IAM
Communication and Collaboration:
* Work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements
* Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure successful IAM implementation
* Provide training and support to clients on IAM best practices
Documentation and Reporting:
* Create and maintain documentation related to IAM policies, procedures, and configurations
* Generate reports on IAM activity, compliance metrics, and audit results
REQUIREMENTS:
* Certifications (preferred): CISSP, CISM, CIPP, or other relevant security certifications; IAM-specific certifications (e.g., SailPoint Certified Professional)
* Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions
* Experience with various IAM technologies and platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity)
* Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM)
* Experience with security assessments and compliance audits
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
